Michael Diamond is a small business owner. He is the Founding Principal of Upstream Strategy Group, a Toronto-based firm which specializes in strategic communications, advocacy and grassroots engagement for a wide range of private sector and non-profit clients.
Michael was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2019.

Maureen Comuzzi is currently a sales Representative at Royal Lepage Lannon Realty. Her community involvement includes serving as Comrade for Branch 5 Legion. She is a member of PC Ontario Thunder Bay-Atikokan association.

Fred Dominelli has formerly served as a board member for the Committee of Adjustment, Etobicoke York Panel. His community involvement includes serving as President, Vice-President and Director for the Niagara Neighbourhood Association. He is a former board member of the Liberty Village BIA.
Fred was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2019.

Tracy is the Chief Executive Officer of Carizon Family and Community Services. Prior to joining Carizon, Tracy worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at KidsAbility Centre for Child Development.
She is a partner in Social Venture Partners Waterloo Region, an organization that works to strengthen non-profits and tackle community-wide social challenges.
Tracy was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2015.

Chinyere Eni-McLean is Vice President Commercial Financial Services at RBC Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto, and has held various roles within personal and commercial banking, including branch, sales, operations, leadership and strategy roles.

Sean Haggerty is a partner at Deloitte. In this role, he develops and implements growth strategies for Deloitte Canada’s National Audit Practice. He is the Canadian Leader for the Global Capture Program, and the Canadian Audit growth representative for the Americas.

Mary Henein Thorn was formerly employed as a Special Assistant at a Federal Minister's Regional Office and as the CEO of AdSpace Plus. She is a former Constituency Assistant and Candidate for the Ontario PC Party. Prior to her political engagement, Mary has been an entrepreneur, advertising broker and marketing consultant.

Maxim Jean-Louis is President – Chief Executive Officer of Contact North | Contact Nord, Ontario’s Distance Education and Training Network, headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Prior to arriving at Contact North | Contact Nord in 1996, Maxim worked in senior management roles in student services and marketing for over 15 years at Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada’s open university.
Maxim was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2015.

Larry Malloy
Board member
Larry Malloy brings over 40 years experience in and with governments at the federal, provincial and municipal levels. Prior to retirement, he served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Trade, Asia-Pacific Gateways & Vancouver Olympics. Oversight included the role of Ministerial staff in the negotiation of the US-Canada Softwood Lumber Agreement (SLA) and several International Free Trade Agreements including the opening discussions with the European Union.

Donald Mackay is the Owner of Dream Links, and a former Accountant at Deloitte. He holds an FCPA with extensive Board experience at local, provincial and national levels. His community involvement includes serving as a board member and chair for the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.

Donna Maitland is a bilingual life-long citizen of Northeastern Ontario. She is currently the Executive Director of North Eastern Ontario Tourism and the Founder & CEO of Peridot Solutions. She previously worked for the Ontario Trillium Foundation as a Regional Program Manager.
Her work includes community development, designing responsive programming, and working with the public benefit sector throughout Northeastern Ontario.
Donna was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2020.

Stephen Staley is a financial services, communications and public policy professional at Scotiabank, based in Toronto. Prior to joining Scotiabank he spent more than seven years working for the Prime Minister of Canada.

Peter Watts Forsberg spent 38-years, serving his country in Canada and Europe in the Canadian Armed Forces. Following his retirement in 1995 he became public affairs officer with a defence advocacy.
